7	Criteria for admission The Youth: Must be diagnosed with a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) , Must meet the same level of care criteria for admission to a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), and Must be Medicaid eligible. (If not Medicaid eligible, youth may apply for MYPAC Medicaid.)
